During the recent training at ATI RTC XII, Technical Staff Eljean Villasista provided an in-depth lecture and hands-on demonstration on Virgin Coconut Oil processing. The session, held at the institute's facilities, included practical demonstrations on producing a range of coconut-based products such as scented body massage oil, mature coconut juice, coconut flour, coconut toyo, and yema made from coconut.

Eljean Villasista's instruction aimed to offer participants comprehensive, firsthand experience in the production processes of these coconut products.
