The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) in San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato, is currently undergoing its 3rd Party Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015 certification. This critical audit, conducted by TÜV SÜD, is part of ATI-RTC XII's commitment to maintaining its Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring high standards in service delivery.
OIC-Assistant Center Director, Ms. Hannadi Guiamad-Pompong, officially opened the meeting, warmly welcoming the TÜV SÜD audit team and underscoring the importance of this audit in sustaining and enhancing the center's QMS. Ms. Guiamad-Pompong highlighted that the audit serves as a valuable opportunity to reinforce operational strengths and address areas for improvement.
Lead Auditor Mr. Erwin Quinto provided an insightful briefing, outlining the audit’s scope, objectives, and methodologies, along with the process for evaluating and reporting findings. The audit plan places emphasis on key operational areas, including the Office of the Center Director/Management Representative, Partnership and Accreditation, and Information Services. These areas are pivotal to the center’s strategic functions and alignment with ISO standards.
The audit team also includes Ms. Marlene Pintac and Ms. Carmela Esto from the ATI Central Office, whose participation underscores the collaborative effort within ATI to ensure adherence to quality standards. Their insights will contribute to a comprehensive evaluation of ATI-RTC XII's QMS.
