The Umani Cabal Farm, Inc., hosted its Training Induction Program, marking the beginning of their Farmers Field School-Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization training. Last February 28, 2024, 125 enthusiastic farmer-applicants from Koronadal City and Tantangan, South Cotabato, convened at Umani Farm, Training Hall, Prk. Hechanova, Brgy. Paraiso, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

The event commenced with inspiring messages from Mr. Miko Sueno, AC Manager of Umani Cabal Farm, Inc., and Tantangan Councilors, Hon. Mary Grace Palmes and Hon. Rosalinda Tudio, setting a positive tone for the program.

Representatives from various implementing agencies, including Ms. Janet S. Cortes from TESDA South Cotabato and Mr. Joseph Simpao, RCEF Technical Staff, shared valuable insights on scholarship guidelines and the role of ATI as a training service provider for the RCEF Program. Additionally, Ms. Analie B. Castillo, the Municipal Agriculturist of Tantangan, expressed unwavering support for the agricultural programs offered by the school.

Furthermore, Ms. Mitch P. Sueno, Registrar Officer of Umani Cabal Farm, Inc., presented an overview of the program's rules, activities, and the school's commitment to supporting participants throughout the training journey.
