RCEF Extension Program sa Dose| Congratulations to the 30 participants who successfully completed the 12-days Training of Trainers on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds and Farm Mechanization Batch 1 who graduated last March 22, 2024.

Throughout the program, various activities were conducted to enhance participants' skills and knowledge in agricultural practices.

Field Agro Ecosystem Analysis (AESA) in Carmen, Cotabato, allowed trainees to apply the PalayCheck System, promoting critical thinking and Machineries Operation session at South Central Mindanao College of Science and Technology Inc. (SCMCSTI) provided hands-on experience under the guidance of Mr. Robert P. Batchar.

Resource persons from the offices of BPI-NSQCS, PhilRice Midsayap Branch, Southern Christian College and ATI- RTC XII discussed topics on rice industry dynamics, machineries, seed certification, ICT tools on rice production, facilitation and communication skills and financial literacy, ensuring a comprehensive understanding to the participants.

Furthermore, participants underwent Micro-Teaching activities facilitated by Training Specialist III Ms. Simona P. Dela Cruz and Media Production Specialist II Ms. Marnil Del Monte, to gauge their readiness as future RCEF-FFS implementers.

The said graduation was graced by the presence of OIC-Center Director, Dir. Shirley L. Beldia, who commended the participants for their dedication and achievement. Additionally, she extended her appreciation to the ATI-RTC XII RCEF Team for the successful implementation of the first batch of the training program.
