A new batch of On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) from the Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT) program of Sultan Kudarat State University-ACCESS Campus has officially started their training at ATI-RTC XII! These students will undergo a 720-hour training program, equipping them with practical knowledge and skills essential for their future careers.
OIC-Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., warmly welcomed the trainees and provided an insightful overview of ATI’s mandate and services. He emphasized how this OJT experience will serve as a valuable stepping stone in shaping their future careers in agriculture and what they can expect as they continue their OJT program in ATI-RTC XII. Mr. John Lord L. Auman, OIC-ISS Chief/ Information Officer II and OJT Focal Person, also welcomed the trainees, sharing essential guidelines to help them navigate their training effectively.
Following this, Ms. Kissciel R. Arao-Arao, Technical Staff and Alternate OJT Focal Person, conducted an official orientation, guiding the students through ATI’s programs, services, and its impact on farmers and fisherfolk across the country. She also discussed their OJT requirements and expectations, ensuring a smooth learning experience at ATI-RTC XII.
