On February 3, 2025, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) held its flag-raising ceremony to welcome the new month. The activity was highlighted by a values-sharing session led by Ms. Marnil del Monte, MPS II, who emphasized patriotism, unity, and fellowship among the staff.  
OIC-Center Director Dir. Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., led the activity and shared key directives from the ATI FY 2024 Annual Performance Review and Commitment Signing. He also congratulated the CPD Team for securing the Most Number of CPD Accredited Courses among ATI Training Centers for two consecutive years. Dir. Beldia further encouraged the team to remain committed and do their best to achieve the center’s targets for the month.  
The center also welcomed its first batch of On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) for 2025 from Korbel Foundation College Inc. The group consists of four BS in Management Accounting and one BSBA student majoring in Financial Management, who will undergo 400 hours of training as part of their academic requirements.
