In a triumphant culmination, the 2023 Training of Trainers on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds, and Farm Mechanization reached its conclusion on September 22, 2023, at the DA-ATI RTC XII in San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato. The event marked the graduation of 32 new trainers who had embarked on a journey to enhance their skills in rice production and farm mechanization.

During the ceremony, ATI Director Engr. Remelyn R. Recoter and Center Director Abdul I. Daya-an shared inspiring messages, emphasizing the importance of their role as educators and change-makers in the agricultural landscape. The event also saw Senior Agriculturist Shirley L. Beldia leading the awarding of certificates of completion and recognition to the outstanding presenters of micro-teaching, acknowledging their exceptional contributions to the training program.

The newly minted trainers underwent comprehensive lectures, delving into topics such as Rice Production ICT Tools, Principles of Adult Learning, and Facilitation Skills. Beyond the classroom, participants engaged in hands-on experiences, operating mechanical transplanters, tractors with rotorvators, and combine harvesters. The training not only equipped them with theoretical knowledge but also provided practical skills crucial for modern, efficient agricultural practices. As these trainers venture back into their communities, they carry with them not just certificates, but the expertise and passion needed to drive the future of sustainable rice production and farm mechanization in the region.
