The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) launched its FY 2025 and 2026 Plans and Budget Proposals Harmonization Workshop and Inputting Session on November 13, 2024, at Paraiso Verde, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. The three-day event aims to finalize work and financial plans using the Online Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation System (OPMES).
ATI-RTC XII OIC - Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., warmly welcomed participants, expressing his hope that the collaborative environment would lead to productive discussions and a successful workshop.
Director IV Engr. Remelyn R. Recoter, MNSA, CESO III, delivered a message emphasizing the importance of incorporating valuable insights and fostering teamwork. She highlighted the need for innovation, relevance, and responsiveness in ATI’s planning processes to address the evolving needs of its regions effectively.
The opening program featured an overview of the workshop objectives and mechanics, led by the ATI activity management team. Participants from ATI’s regional centers and the Policy and Planning Division will focus on aligning financial and implementation plans, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to service delivery.
The workshop, running until November 15, underscores ATI's commitment to fostering excellence through participatory planning and efficient resource utilization.
