The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII), in partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) - Region XII, successfully held the Supervisory Development Course Track 1 for middle-level managers from Region XII and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The training took place from July 29 to August 2, 2024, at ATI-RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato.

Participants from across the regions attended sessions on vital management topics, including stress management, effective supervision, and leadership principles essential for impactful middle management. Resource speakers from CSC Region XII led the discussions, bringing practical insights and strategies to strengthen supervisory effectiveness in public service.

This training, part of ATI-RTC XII’s Regular Program, was spearheaded by Project Officer Ma. Theresa B. Laxamana, with assistance from Technical Staff Jemari Cen Dacaya, AE, and under the guidance of Training Specialist III, Simona P. Dela Cruz.
