TANTANGAN, South Cotabato- The DA ATI-RTC XII remained to be ISO 2001:2015 compliant. This is after the center successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 Third-Party 6th Surveillance Audit conducted virtually by the TUV SUD on February 20, 2023.

To ensure the quality of our services to clientele, ISO audits are able to verify the compliance of the developed, implemented, and maintained management system/s against the requirements of the standard/s. The Audit Methodology included random sampling, interviews & open discussions, checking of documents & records, trailing, and notes-taking. The 3rd party audit revolved around the compliance of the center on its standards and processes.

Among the specific audit areas were Office of the Site Director, processes of accreditation of extension services and processes of provision of training and services. TUV SUD Auditors were Ms Adorable Aguila and Mr. Xavier Lance Dy.
