Engr. Teofilo T. Jumawan, Jr., Planning Officer II, took the lead in presenting critical feedback received during the recent Technical Review and Planning Workshop. Engr. Jumawan highlighted comments and recommendations for enhancing the 2026 Targets presentation, ensuring that ATI-RTC XII's future plans align with broader organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Additionally, he reviewed the 2025 Consolidated Targets, outlining the center’s specific focus areas and anticipated outcomes for the following year.
The meeting also focused on quality assurance and audit preparation, led by Agriculturist II Engr. Jun Rey Samillano. Engr. Samillano discussed key elements of Internal Quality Audit (IQA) matters in anticipation of the upcoming 3rd Party ISO Audit. His presentation emphasized areas needing refinement, adherence to ISO standards, and the importance of maintaining high-quality service delivery.
