The staff of the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) gathered on October 7, 2024, for their Monthly Staff Meeting, held at the center's premises. This meeting, led by OIC Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., served as a platform to review upcoming priorities, discuss strategic improvements, and ensure readiness for quality audits. Dr. Beldia commenced the meeting with introductory remarks, setting the tone for the session’s agenda. He provided reminders and outlined key points for the day, emphasizing the importance of aligning with the center’s long-term objectives and operational standards.

Engr. Teofilo T. Jumawan, Jr., Planning Officer II, took the lead in presenting critical feedback received during the recent Technical Review and Planning Workshop. Engr. Jumawan highlighted comments and recommendations for enhancing the 2026 Targets presentation, ensuring that ATI-RTC XII's future plans align with broader organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Additionally, he reviewed the 2025 Consolidated Targets, outlining the center’s specific focus areas and anticipated outcomes for the following year.

The meeting also focused on quality assurance and audit preparation, led by Agriculturist II Engr. Jun Rey Samillano. Engr. Samillano discussed key elements of Internal Quality Audit (IQA) matters in anticipation of the upcoming 3rd Party ISO Audit. His presentation emphasized areas needing refinement, adherence to ISO standards, and the importance of maintaining high-quality service delivery.
