The DA ATI-RTC XII joins the nation in culminating the 2025 National Women's Month with this year's sub-theme, “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.” this March 28, 2025 at ATI-RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato.

The women and men of ATI XII capped off the month-long celebration with a ceremonial balloon release, as well as an inspiring message from OIC - Center Director, Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D. He emphasized his gratefullness for the women workforce in ATI-RTC XII and recognized their vital role in the office as well in their respective communities. OIC - Assistant Center Director Hannadi S. Guiamad-Pompong also blew out the celebratory cake to cap off the month-long program. The staff also enjoyed some trivia games, pampering, and women-lead movies viewing.

The ATI-RTC XII also gave Weaved Bags to the empowered women of ATI-RTC XII made by the Inugyon Weavers Association. Weaved by the skilled hands of the local women from Barangay New Passi, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, the bags highlight the skill and craft that are innate in women, with their sturdiness and quality inspiring the ATI-RTC XII staff to be the same in its pursuit of quality extension service.
