The launching of the Generoso Diversified Agricultural Learning Center as a new Learning Site for Agriculture last March 5, 2025 at Barangay Tinalon, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat, was a momentous occasion for the local community. The event commenced with a heartfelt welcome from Queenie P. Gacan, the Sitio Leader and Mr. Jun Rey L. Samillano, the OIC Chief for the Partnership and Accreditation Section of ATI RTC XII led the event as the master of ceremonies. 

The highlight of the program was the awarding of the Certificate of Learning Site and a check to Mr. Ferdinand Bagara, the owner and cooperator, by ATI RTC XII OIC-Center Director, Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D.. This recognition also marked the official opening of the learning center, solidifying its role in agricultural education for the region.

Following this, Mr. Ferdinand Bagara delivered an acceptance message, thanking everyone for their support and expressing his commitment to the success of the center. Messages of support were then shared by Ms. Princess Alilaya P. Esmail, Municipal Tourism Officer Designate of Sen. Ninoy Aquino; Ms. Cherry Ann Difuntorum, Sultan Kudarat Municipal Agriculturist; and Mr. Nabos, from the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Agriculture. Each speaker underscored the importance of this learning site in boosting agricultural knowledge and practices in the community.

The event concluded with the formal declaration and opening of the learning site by Dr. Jessie V. Beldia, followed by a closing message, marking the beginning of a new chapter in agricultural education and development in the region.
