Over 50 representatives from various implementing agencies of the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) gathered for the CFIDP Regional Inter-Agency Technical Committee (RIATC) Year-End Review. The event, held from November 28 to 29, 2024, at SG Farm in Tupi, South Cotabato, served as a platform to assess progress and align strategies for the coming year.
Organized by ATI-RTC XII in close coordination with PCA XII, the program brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from CDA XII, DA-HVCDP, BAI XII, NDA XII, CHED, TESDA XII, PHILMECH, PCIC XII, DTI XII, and DPWH. Each agency presented its 2024 accomplishments and outlined targets for fiscal year 2025. The presentations were followed by robust discussions, enabling participants to provide feedback and collaborate on solutions to enhance the CFIDP's impact.
A significant highlight of the event was the session on improving strategic communications for CFIDP, led by ATI-CO Chief Media Specialist Karl Louise Salibio. This discussion provided valuable insights into enhancing the program's promotion and branding, ensuring that its message reaches a wider audience and resonates with stakeholders.
The two-day review reinforced the commitment of CFIDP implementers to drive meaningful progress in the coconut farming industry, fostering collaboration and innovation for the benefit of farming communities.
