The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (DA ATI-RTC XII) conducted its monthly meeting on September 3, 2024, marking the official transition of leadership to its newly appointed OIC Center Director, Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D. Dr. Beldia rejoined ATI-RTC XII following his tenure as OIC Center Director at ATI Caraga, where he served since February 2023.

The meeting began with a review of the center’s achievements, highlighting both physical and financial milestones reached as of August 30, 2024. These accomplishments reflect DA ATI-RTC XII’s commitment to advancing agricultural development and resource efficiency in the region. The highlight of the event was a formal turn-over ceremony, during which Dr. Beldia officially assumed the OIC role from outgoing Director Ms. Shirley L. Beldia.

In his inaugural address, Dr. Beldia shared several successful strategies from his previous role at ATI Caraga that he plans to incorporate at DA ATI-RTC XII. He expressed eagerness to work closely with the staff, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and fostering a supportive and productive work culture to drive continued success.

In her farewell remarks, Ms. Shirley L. Beldia extended her gratitude to both the management and staff for their unwavering support during her tenure, wishing Dr. Beldia a successful leadership journey ahead.
