Rice farmers from New Lagao, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat lined up to be interviewed on March 26, 2024 using the Rice Crop Manager Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Tool.

During the opening program, City Agriculturist Ivan Gerry G. Arzagon, L. Agr. expressed thanks to the eager farmers and answered some queries. Afterwards, RCM Focal Person and ATI-RTC XII Information II Jon Ian Belo discussed Rice Crop Manager. The interviewing team comprised of staff from the Office for the Agricultural Services of Tacurong City, DA - RFO XII Staff, and DA ATI-RTC XII Staff and OJTs.

The 4D Farms' Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Tool is used to track the adoption of interventions provided by the Department of Agriculture to rice farmers by collecting information on what the farmers have done during the cropping season, which aims to aid the DA in planning and decision-making.
