Ten agriculture students from Sultan Kudarat State University-Lutayan Campus have successfully completed their three-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Agricultural Training Institute XII in Tantangan, South Cotabato. This valuable experience provided the students with hands-on learning opportunities and practical exposure to agricultural practices, enhancing their academic knowledge with real-world skills.

During the culmination program, the OJT participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of ATI Region XII for their support and guidance throughout the training. They appreciated the opportunity to gain first-hand experience and learn essential work ethics, which will undoubtedly benefit them in their future careers in agriculture. The students acknowledged the institute's role in their personal and professional development.

Hannadi Guiamad Pompong, Chief of the Information Services Section, and John Lord L. Auman, Information Officer II of ATI Region XII, congratulated the students on successfully completing their internship. They led the awarding ceremony, presenting certificates of completion and e-Learning certificates to the interns, recognizing their dedication and achievements during the training period.

The culmination day program concluded with a presentation by Mr. Aurelio Ampo, the OJT Coordinator of SKSU. He awarded a certificate of appreciation to ATI-RTC XII for accommodating the OJTs and providing them with an enriching learning experience. The collaboration between SKSU and ATI Region XII highlights the importance of partnerships in fostering the next generation of agricultural professionals.
