A Refresher Course on Inbred Rice Seed Production and Seed Certification was facilitated by the ATI XII RCEF team last January 23-25, 2022, at ATI-Satellite Training Center XII, University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, North Cotabato.

Rice Specialists Mubarak S. H. Salic and Jayson V. Abang discussed the Palay Check System. At the same time, OIC Chief Omara K. Kempa and Rice Technician II Shirley Balidiong, both from BPI-NSQCS, presented the Policies and guidelines on Seed Certification, Germination, Varietal Purity, and Physical Purity Test, and Moisture Content Determination to the participants.
