Diliman, Quezon City – The Training on Mastering the Art of Facilitation: Empowering ATI Staff is currently underway at the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) in Diliman, Quezon City. The training is attended by 20 staff members from ATI Regional Training Centers, ITCPH and the Central Office.
Organized by the Career Development and Management Division, the program aims to enhance the facilitation skills of ATI staff, equipping them to effectively lead training sessions and other activities. Participants are expected to refine their ability to guide discussions, encourage active participation, and create engaging and interactive learning environments.
During the opening program, ATI Deputy Director Antonieta J. Arceo underscored the importance of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. She encouraged participants to strive for excellence and reminded them that the best resource persons are those who are also outstanding facilitators—highlighting the significance of this training for ATI staff.
