ATI-RTC XII Special Valentine's Day Celebration and Awarding of Certificates for the YFFLTPJ Batch 2023 at ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato on February 14, 2023.

In addition to the celebration, Young Farmer leaders Adelo Jr. J. Estillore from Matalam, Marwagne Lloyd F. Cinto from Alabel, and Stephen Earl S. Ceriales from Pikit received tokens and their Certificate of Completion for finishing the agri-related Pre Departure Orientation Course (PDOC) from January 23-February 13, 2023 at various learning agencies in Region XII.
