TANTANGAN, South Cotabato - From August 7 to 11, 2023,  ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato, hosted the Training of Trainers on Corn Cluster Development in Region XII and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The event was held at the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII), focusing on enhancing Corn Cluster Development in both regions.

This collaborative training aimed to improve agricultural practices, support community growth, and ensure food security, with corn being a vital staple in the Philippines. Spearheaded by the Corn Program, Ms. Alma G. Camales led the training. Her role emphasized the commitment to advancing corn cluster development and benefiting corn-dependent communities in Region XII and BARMM. As participants immersed themselves in the intricacies of corn cluster development, the event promised to have a lasting impact on agriculture and food security in the region.
