In a pivotal event held at DA ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato on September 11, 2023, the Training of Trainers on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds, and Farm Mechanization (RCEF-TOT) reached its culmination. This program, funded by the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF), aimed to equip trainers with cutting-edge insights and techniques to revolutionize rice production in the Philippines.

Mr. Henry Fritz Diaz from DepEd XII initiated the proceedings with a discourse on Transformational Leadership, emphasizing its role in shaping the future agricultural leaders. Mubarak M. H. Salic enlightened the participants about Rice Morphology, unraveling the intricacies of the plant's structure that significantly influence its growth and yield potential.

Ritzel Cerado of Feta Farm demystified the art of Fertilizer Computation and Key Check 5, showcasing how precise calculations could amplify productivity.
