Mr. Henry Fritz Diaz from DepEd XII initiated the proceedings with a discourse on Transformational Leadership, emphasizing its role in shaping the future agricultural leaders. Mubarak M. H. Salic enlightened the participants about Rice Morphology, unraveling the intricacies of the plant's structure that significantly influence its growth and yield potential.

Ritzel Cerado of Feta Farm demystified the art of Fertilizer Computation and Key Check 5, showcasing how precise calculations could amplify productivity. Jen Cabaylo Jr. of OMAg Bagumbayan shared strategies encapsulated in KeyChecks 3 and 4, addressing common challenges faced in rice cultivation. Marites R.
