LAMITAN CITY, BASILAN - In a promising stride toward agricultural innovation, the Farmer-Level Training on Coconut-Cacao Farming System (Batch 2) unfolded from September 18 to 20, 2023, at the Lamitan Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (LARBECO) in Limook, Lamitan City, Basilan. The event marked a significant milestone in the region's agricultural landscape, as farmers came together to embrace sustainable practices and learn about the intricacies of the Coconut-Cacao Farming System.

LARBECO Chairman Amelito P. Puri set the stage by extending a warm welcome to the eager participants, fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and shared learning. PCA Basilan Acting Division Chief Diosdado Espinosa Jr. delivered a succinct yet impactful message, emphasizing the importance of such collaborative initiatives in shaping the future of agriculture in Basilan.
