Maguindanao Del Sur - On February 22, 2024, the remarkable achievements of Al-Rahman Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative School and Al-Mani Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative School were celebrated with a Mass Graduation Ceremony for their training program under RCEF on the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization.

This momentous event occurred at Mahad Datu Tahir, Manungkaling Mamasapano, Maguindanao Del Sur.

These graduates are under the Rice Extension Service Program of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF), which is primarily intended to empower rice farmers, farmworkers, and dependents listed in the Registry System for the basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSÀ), as well as rice farmers cooperatives, associations, PhilRice seed component beneficiaries, and PhilMech Mechanization beneficiaries.

The said graduation was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Bagiyan Angeles, President of Al-Mani FMPC Farm, Mr. Modrika Masukat, President of Al-Rhaman FMPC Farm, Mr. Salic Mangelen, Provincial Director of TESDA Maguindanao, Mr. Nasrudin P. Kusain, TESDA Focal Person, Datu Akmad M. Ampatuan, Former Vice Governor of Maguindanao, Mr. Rasid K. Lampak, Senior IDO of NIA-KRIS, Mr. Solaiman Kabasalan from MAFAR Maguindanao, Ms. Saguira Adam, MMO Ampatuan, Mr. Abinor D. Impao, MMO DAS, Mr. Al-Basser B. Anayatin, MMO Datu Hoffer, Mr. Ibrahim U.
