From July 11-12, 2024, the management and staff of the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) gathered at SG Farm in Tupi, South Cotabato, for their Midyear Performance Review and Action Planning session.

A highlight of the event was the attendance of ATI Director IV Engr. Remelyn R. Recoter, MNSA, CESO III, and ATI Deputy Director Antonieta Arceo, who expressed gratitude and shared valuable reminders with the team as they embarked on the second half of the year.

The session focused on revisiting previous discussions and setting actionable goals for the upcoming semester. Key units, including the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit and the Admin and Finance Unit, presented the Center’s achievements over the past six months.

The gathering provided an opportunity for ATI-RTC XII to assess its progress and align on strategies, reinforcing its commitment to continued agricultural development in the region.
