The University of Southern Mindanao - College of Business, Development Economics, and Management proudly awarded Dr. Jessie V. Beldia the prestigious Most Outstanding Alumni Award during its 32nd Founding Anniversary celebration. The event, themed “Dagyawan 2024: Igniting Innovation, Empowering Advancement at 32,” took place on November 29, 2024, at the USM Gymnasium in Kabacan, Cotabato.

Dr. Beldia was recognized for his exemplary contributions to Agriculture and Fisheries Extension, showcasing his dedication and leadership in advancing rural development. As the OIC-Center Director for ATI Regions 12 and 13 under the Agricultural Training Institute, he has spearheaded impactful initiatives that have significantly benefitted farmers and communities, bringing honor to his alma mater and fellow alumni.
