TANTANGAN, South Cotabato - To ensure the continuous delivery of quality training and extension services, the CFIDP Region XII Team of ATI-RTC XII conducted a Strategic Operations Planning session on January 8, 2025, at the Office of the OIC Center Director, ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato.

The meeting focused on key objectives such as a thorough review of CFIDP XII’s challenges and best practices from 2024, formulating effective implementation strategies, and exploring innovative approaches for 2025.
During the activity, ATI OIC-Assistant Center Director and CFIDP Focal Person, Ms. Hannadi S. Guiamad-Pompong, challenged the CFIDP XII staff to consistently employ innovative ideas in carrying out CFIDP extension activities for 2025. She also pledged the continued support of ATI-RTC XII management for agricultural extension delivery and highlighted the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving their goals effectively.

Additionally, alternate CFIDP Focal Person Engr. Teofilo T. Jumawan Jr. expressed his appreciation for the staff's efforts in 2024 and encouraged everyone to strive for even greater achievements in 2025.
Technical staff members Ms. Alyssa Marie Illustrisimo and Mr. Normuhaymin B. Arsad presented the challenges and best practices from the previous year, as well as the 2025 targets and their innovative plans for extension delivery. Administrative staff Ms. Kristelle Ann L. Flotibles also presented strategies on supplies and procurement matters.

The CFIDP Region XII remains committed to achieving its quality objectives and ensuring the effective implementation of training and activities for coconut farmers through diverse programs and innovative approaches.
