Tantangan, South Cotabato – The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII), through its Information Services Section (ISS), is committed to delivering more impactful services in 2025.
This commitment was solidified during the annual Strategic Design Workshop held on January 10, 2025, at the ALC Hall in Tantangan, South Cotabato.


The workshop commenced with a review of staff roles, designations, and functions to streamline tasks and targets. OIC-Chief of ISS, Mr. John Lord L. Auman, facilitated a Brain Mapping Activity, posing the question: “How can we make agri-fishery information and knowledge more available and accessible to clients?” This activity sparked innovative ideas and strategies to enhance service delivery.


OIC-Center Director Dr. Jessie V. Beldia, in his message, emphasized the ISS's pivotal role in achieving the center's 2025 targets, highlighting the significant portion of the budget allocated to the ISS. 


During the workshop, each team member presented their programs, 2024 best practices, challenges, 2025 targets, and proposed innovations. The team also explored potential strategies through a futures wheel activity to ensure progress toward the goal of improved accessibility of agri-fishery knowledge.


OIC-Assistant Center Director, Ms. Hannadi Guiamad-Pompong, concluded the event with remarks underscoring the importance of sustainability and assuring the management’s unwavering support for ISS initiatives.


The workshop was attended by ISS staff, including Information Officer II Jon Ian Belo, Media Production Specialist II Marnil del Monte, Agriculturist I Errol Chris Laspiñas, Technical Staff Jovellena Simbulan, and RCEF Technical Staff Kissciel Arao-Arao.
