The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center 12 (ATI-RTC 12) kicked off its FY 2025 Operational Planning with the theme “Calibrate, Collaborate, and Conquer” on January 16-17, 2025. This two-day session serves as a vital platform to align objectives, evaluate past achievements, and map out strategies for the year ahead.

Day one featured key discussions, including Roll Call and Quorum Setting, Presentation of FY 2024 Physical Targets and Accomplishments, Financial Accomplishments, Administrative Concerns, and the FY 2025 Policy and Direction set by OIC-Center Director Dr. Jessie V. Beldia.

The planning session will conclude on January 17, 2025, with a focus on finalizing operational strategies and exploring innovative approaches to enhance the center’s programs and services.
