On January 16, 2025, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII honored the remarkable careers of three retiring ATI-RTC XII mainstays: Ms. Shirley L. Beldia, outgoing OIC-Center Director and Senior Agriculturist, Ms. Alma G. Camales, Outgoing Development Management Officer II and Ms. Flora A. Omalde, Outgoing Training Specialist I. With over 30 years of service, these women have made a mark in agricultural development in the region. 


Their tireless efforts in extending innovative agricultural and fisheries technologies have empowered countless farmers and fisherfolk to enhance their productivity and adopt sustainable practices. They have facilitated countless training programs, championed modern farming innovations, and empowered rural communities to adopt sustainable practices. 


The retirement celebration was made even more meaningful by the presence of their families, friends, and colleagues, who gathered to express gratitude for their dedication and contributions. Their legacy serves as an inspiration to the agricultural sector, emphasizing the value of commitment and service in uplifting rural communities.
