Ganassi, Lanao del Sur – The ATI-RTC XII successfully launched the Cof’Tah Farm in Barangay Camponga-raya as a Coco-based Learning Site for Agriculture I on January 15, 2025. The event was graced by various esteemed guests, including Barangay Councilor Hon. Khalid M. Dipatuan, who delivered the welcome address.


A highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of the Certificate of Learning Site and a financial support check to LSA Cooperator Hamdanie T. Tahir. The award was presented by Engr. Mokles P. Buisan, CFIDP Focal Person, on behalf of OIC-Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D. In her acceptance speech, Mr. Tahir expressed heartfelt gratitude and a strong commitment to the LSA program.


The event featured messages of encouragement from distinguished guests, including Ms. Cecilia Basser, representing the Provincial Agriculture Office-Lanao del Sur on behalf of Provincial Agriculturist Mr. Rajiv N. Radia; Engr. Janifah Hasan, MMO of Ganassi; Kadafi Gubaten, Ph.D., Division Chief of the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) – Lanao del Sur; and Engr. Datumanong U. Pendi, Regional Manager of the PCA – BARMM.
The partnership was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement by the LSA Cooperator, the LSA Focal Person, and a witness. Engr. Mokles P. Buisan then officially declared the Learning Site open and delivered the closing remarks.


Other facilitators who contributed to the success of the event included Engr. Jun Rey L. Samillano, LSA Focal Person, and ATI staff members Mercedita G. Aglibot, Jane G. Diacoma, and Anareystel P. Lape.
