The YFFLTPJ is a partnership between the Department of Agriculture and the Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC). It aims to develop deserving young Filipino farmers to become farmer leaders and empowered agricultural entrepreneurs.

The application is open to CARAGA Region residents only.
