This 2025, National Women’s Month Celebration focused more on the in-depth campaign to ensure gender equality and inclusive society starting with widening and strengthening the awareness of ATI staff and on-the-job (OJT) trainees.

Through a simple program on March 3, 2025, the staff participated in sharing their insights on women empowerment and gender equality. A short film viewing also happened which showed a documentary on the deprived rights of our IP sisters and brothers who still struggle to fight for their rights in courts due to lack of education and money.

The staff members participated in an online interactive activity and anonymously shared their realizations from the said documentary.
