To fully prepare for this 2024, ATI-RTC 02 conducted its annual Planning Workshop on January 22-23, 2024 at ATI-RTC 02, San Mateo, Isabela.
This workshop is essential as a guide to the whole Center on its targets and objectives for the year. Both regular and technical staff attended the 2-day activity.
Finalization of 2024 Work and Financial Plan and review of various procedures including LSA Enhancement, conduct of training, and success indicators of IPCR.
In relation to previous yearโs internal quality audit, reiteration of procedure on the conduct of training was included. This was also done to reiterate updates on the quality forms being used. On the other hand, LSA enhancement procedure was discussed as reiteration to the guidelines and discussion to the updates made in the guidelines.
ATI-RTC 02 remains steadfast in providing quality service to its clients and through this activity, a better and successful year is at armโs reach.
