Japan feels closer for Mr. Jan Darrel B. Bustillos. A resident of Brgy. Bintawan Sur, Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya, Jan Darrel is one of the qualified representatives of the Young Filipino Farm Leaders Training Program In Japan (YFFLTPJ).
The ATI-RTC 02 focuses on empowering more young farmers and enthusiasts this year through internship opportunities and support. YFFLTPJ is one platform opened for them.
As one of the qualifiers, Jan Darrel started his pre-departure orientation course on Vegetable Production, Livestock Production and Farm Mechanization at LGU Villaverde. Afterwards, he was deployed to different Learning Sites for Agriculture for hands-on activities.
The program consists acquisition of skills and knowledge through modern agricultural and fishery techniques including value chain management, cooperative management, and enhancement of competencies, discipline, and values.
His internship is being supervised by the Municipal Agriculture Office of Villaverde.
