Cagayan Valley 4-Hers remained victorious and brought home various awards from the 71^st Farm Youth (4-H) National Convention at Dapa, Siargao Island, Surigao Del Norte on June 18-21, 2024.

The regional was hailed as 5^th placer in the overall ranking with the following awards:

4^th Place- Mr. Robert Karl Rumusud (NEAA Heart)

9^th Place- Ms. Germalyn Azuero

5^th Place- Mr. Jeorel Saguibo and Juan Marcel Magno (Agri-Innovation Pitching)

12^th Place- Mr. Marlon Arcellano (Agri-Tale)

6^th Place- Mr. Russel Kim Abad (Trashformation)

10^th Place- Mr. Kelly Zingapan and Mr. Gerald Barquillo (SongConDuet)

8^th Place- Mr. Constantino Leomar, Mr. Charlie Barcena, Ms. Jessa Sadama, and Ms Lyka Agabin (Coconut Cooking Contest)

7^th Place- Ms. Carmella Adduru (Quiz Bee)

8^th Place- Ms. Nemalyn Grace Allupay Marana (Most Outstanding 4Her)

3^rd Place- Ms. Jennifer Pastidio Petines Miranda (Most Outstanding Municipal 4H Coordinator)

2^nd Place- Ms. Evangeline Napicog-Dicolen Dannug (Most Outstanding Provincial 4H Coordinator)

The 4H National Convention is a testament to the power of youth development programs in empowering young people to become active, engaged, and responsible citizens.
