The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL), in partnership with President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) and CLAARRDEC, conducted the turnover ceremony for Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center enhancement in Office of the Provincial Agriculturist-Zambales.
Mr. Joey Alvior, Municipal Agriculturist of Iba; Mr. Geowell Raymund Gutierrez, FITS Manager of OPA-Zambales; Mr. Mark Gil Dela Rosa of PRMSU; Mr. Aeron P. Bermudez, ISS Chief of ATI; and several farmer-leaders attended the said event.
The Center awarded the ICT tools and equipment set as well as IEC materials to enhance the services of the FITS Center. In addition, Ms. Eula Dee A. Lañada, TGP Coordinator, discussed the overview of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP) and its components.
The said FITS Center was evaluated for enhancement in August by the Provincial TGP technical working group.
