Selected members of the Rural-Based Organization attended the Training Course on Production Technology with Extension Support (Batch 2) on April 26-28, 2023 in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
The participants tackled the prospects of free-range chicken and egg industry in the Philippines. In addition, the discussions delved into the free-range chicken and egg production technologies and practices. Further, the participants learned how to craft a recording system for free-range chicken production.
Emmanuel Jess Mendoza, one of the participants, shared that he is grateful to be part of the training. โAng mga natutunan ko ay ang paggawa ng medicinal herb para sa deworming ng mga manok, paggawa ng organic feeds, pagpakain sa mga manok depende sa kanilang growth stages at ang inventory o record keeping,โ he added.
Mr. Edgardo G. Villamante of LGU San Jose, Nueva Ecija served as the resource person for the activity.
