The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL) spearheaded the conduct of Training on Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) among livestock coordinators on June 13-15, 2023 in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
The said training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants on GAHP. In addition, the importance of GAHP in food safety as well as the PhilGAHP certification processes and inspection were discussed.
Gaudencio De Jesus, Jr., one of the participants reiterated the importance of the said training.
โI learned the importance of GAHP for the food safety and health of animals and I will use it in accordance with the law for the safety of the food we consume,โ said De Jesus.ย ย ย
