The Agricultural Training Institute-Central Luzon (ATI-CL), in partnership with Office of the Provincial Agriculturist-Aurora, Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) and CLAARRDEC, conducted the turnover ceremony for Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center enhancement in Baler, Aurora.
Mr. Arnold B. Novicio, Provincial Agriculturist of Aurora; Ms. Susana Rutaquio, Municipal Agriculturist; Dr. Ricardo Gonzales, Jr; Director for Extension and Training, ASCOT; Mr. Aeron P. Bermudez, ISS Chief of ATI; and several farmer-leaders attended the said event.
The Center awarded the ICT tools and equipment set as well as IEC materials to enhance the services of the FITS Center. In addition, Ms. Eula Dee A. LaΓ±ada, TGP Coordinator, discussed the overview of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP) and its components.
The said FITS Center was evaluated for enhancement in August by the Provincial TGP technical working group.
