in partnership with Office of the Provincial Agriculturist-Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon State University (CLSU) and CLAARRDEC, conducted the turnover ceremony for Farmers Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center enhancement in Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
Hon. Baby Armi Alvarez, City Mayor; Mr. Neal Del Rosario, OIC-CLAARRDEC Director; Ms. Janet L. Saturno, CLSU Techno Transfer Coordinator; Dr. Jerry Rigos, City Agriculturist; Dr. Joey A. Belarmino, Center Director of ATI; and several farmer-leaders attended the said event.
The Center awarded the ICT tools and equipment set as well as IEC materials to enhance the services of the FITS Center. In addition, Ms. Eula Dee A. Lañada, TGP Coordinator, discussed the overview of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP) and its components.
The said FITS Center was evaluated for enhancement in August by the Provincial TGP technical working group.
