Tagbilaran City, Bohol, January 12-14, 2025 – In a show of continued support for youth empowerment, #ATICentralVisayas facilitated the 4-H Club Central Visayas Operational & Organization Strengthening Workshop held from January 12-14, 2025, at the ATI-7 Training Center in Cabawan, Tagbilaran City. The workshop brought together 4-H Club officers and key stakeholders to collaborate on enhancing the region's operational strategies and strengthening organizational structures.

The primary objectives of the workshop were to formulate and localize the Internal Rules and Regulations for the 4-H Roll-over Program, retool and enhance the 4-H Orientation Guides, and develop a strategic plan for the 2025-2027 4-H Regional Direction. The plan focuses on creating actionable, sustainable, and impactful programs that align with the broader goals of the 4-H organization in Central Visayas.

Participants also addressed a range of organizational matters critical to ensuring the success and growth of the 4-H Club program, ensuring that the initiative can continue to provide quality learning and development opportunities for youth in the region.

In addition to its strategic focus, the workshop also emphasized the importance of building camaraderie and fostering collaboration among 4-H officers. This provided a platform for members to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and develop a unified approach toward advancing the 4-H mission and vision in Central Visayas.

As the workshop concluded, participants left with a renewed sense of commitment to making the 4-H Club a key driver of youth development, preparing the next generation of leaders and change-makers in agriculture, science, and community service. With strengthened operational foundations and a clear strategic plan in place, the 4-H Club in Central Visayas is poised for continued growth and success.
