Dauis, Bohol, January 15-17, 2025 – The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) in Central Visayas successfully conducted its FY 2024 Annual Review and FY 2025 Operational Planning Workshop in Dauis, Bohol, from January 15-17, 2025. The three-day workshop brought together ATI personnel to reflect on the past year’s achievements, address key administrative and financial updates, and strategize for the upcoming fiscal year.
The event kicked off with a comprehensive review of ATI Central Visayas’ key accomplishments in FY 2024. The discussions highlighted the Center’s successes and the performance of various training programs, as well as providing important updates on financial matters and administrative processes. This review allowed the team to assess their progress and identify areas of improvement.
The workshop also focused on the development of plans for FY 2025, with participants diving deep into the review of initial tasking and the preparation of the calendar of activities for the year ahead. This allowed the team to ensure that every activity was strategically aligned with the Center’s goals for the year.
Furthermore, the workshop provided a platform for discussions on training designs, the drafting of proposals, and the preparation of purchase requests necessary for executing the planned activities. The group also focused on setting Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) targets for the first semester of 2025, establishing clear goals and expectations for team members moving forward.
As a crucial event for shaping the Center’s strategic direction and enhancing its operational readiness, the workshop laid the groundwork for a successful year ahead. The outcomes from this planning session will ensure that ATI Central Visayas continues to deliver high-impact agricultural training programs, effectively supporting the region’s agricultural community in the year to come.
