In observance of the Lenten season and as part of its continuous commitment to values formation, the Agricultural Training Institute–Regional Training Center 7 (ATI-RTC 7), through its Partnership and Accreditation Services (PAS), leads this week's Values Restoration session with a reflection on the core value of Faithfulness.

Now on its tenth week, the Values Restoration Program continues to serve as a platform for ATI personnel to reflect on personal and professional virtues that enhance public service and deepen ethical leadership.

This week’s session emphasizes faithfulness—defined as loyalty, consistency, and reliability in one's duties and relationships. In the context of the Lenten season, the reflection seeks to inspire steadfastness and sincerity in both personal values and professional responsibilities.

Five ATI-7 personnel shared their insights on this week’s theme:

Jessa P. Maglangit, Development Management Officer I; Jeffrey O. Awas, Agriculturist II; Julie Ann G. Buhion, Technical Support Staff; Jorge F. Trinidad, Training Specialist II and Engr. Rizaldy C. Mercadal, Agriculturist II and PAS Officer-in-Charge.

Their reflections touched on how faithfulness plays a vital role in public service — not just in fulfilling tasks but in embodying integrity, compassion, and dedication to the farming communities served by ATI.

The Values Restoration Program is part of ATI’s internal initiatives aimed at strengthening institutional values, cultivating a culture of excellence, and reinforcing its commitment to serving with purpose and heart.
