March 31, 2025 | Central Visayas, Philippines - In its eighth week of the Values Restoration series, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI-7) Development and Management Services (CDMS) brought the spotlight to the importance of commitment and dedication in the workplace. The reflection, aptly titled Commitment and Dedication: The Power of Staying the Course, was shared by a group of ATI-7 personnel.

Mr. Ricardo T. Tagupa, Jr., Ms. April Quenny A. Yu-ag, Ms. Fern P. Nano, Mr. Jorge F. Trinidad, and Ms. Maryjane Flor S. Patulilic delivered the week’s message. They reflected on how dedication to one's role — even when the tasks feel familiar or routine — leads to outstanding results.

The sharers emphasized that it is through commitment and staying dedicated to their work that ATI-7’s personnel continue to deliver high-quality service to their communities. The message was clear: despite the challenges or monotony of daily tasks, maintaining a strong sense of duty enables the team to consistently meet and exceed expectations.

This reflection serves as a reminder for all to stay the course, putting effort into every task, no matter how familiar, as it is the cornerstone of progress and success.
