April 21, 2025 | Tagbilaran City, Bohol. As part of its continuing #ValuesRestorationMonday campaign, the Agricultural Training Institute – Central Visayas (ATI-CV) shines the spotlight on the core value of FAITH for the week of April 21, 2025. Now in its 11th week, the initiative aims to inspire employees to reflect on personal and institutional values that foster integrity, purpose, and excellence in public service.

Leading this week’s reflection is the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEu) with the theme, “Faith: The Strength Behind the Steps We Take.” The value of faith is particularly resonant during the Lenten season, offering staff a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with spiritual purpose in both personal and professional spheres.

In a collective reflection, the sharers emphasized that faith in the Most High provides the inner strength needed to overcome life’s many challenges, whether in the workplace or at home. Faith, they shared, transforms doubt into courage, weaknesses into wisdom, and tasks into meaningful acts of service.

Among those who shared their reflections were:  Ms. Lurlyn L. Caga, Technical Support Staff, PMEu; Ms. Jessa P. Maglangit, Development Management Officer I, Partnership and Accreditation Services (PAS); Engr. John Kenneth L. Pracullos and Ms. Danely A. Enero, Technical Support Staff; Mr. Jorge F. Trinidad, Training Specialist, Career and Development Management Section (CDMS); Ms. Quennie Lou B. Vistal, Administrative Aide VI, Admin and Finance Unit and Dr. Merrian Piquero Soliva, Information Officer III, Information Services (IS).

Each sharer brought a unique perspective, but all echoed a common message: Faith is essential to resilience, service, and a sense of direction amidst change. Whether it’s finding strength during difficult tasks or maintaining hope in uncertainty, their testimonies reflect the power of spiritual grounding in public service.

The #ValuesRestorationMonday campaign continues to serve as a platform for ATI-Central Visayas staff to promote the institute’s core values and nurture a culture rooted in empathy, ethics, and excellence.
