March 17, 2025 – The Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) of #ATICentralVisayas, under the leadership of Planning Officer II, Ms. Merigine C. Otara, held a reflective session on "The Beauty of Submissiveness: Rooted in Love, Not Force" as part of its ongoing Values Restoration program. This session marked the sixth week of the initiative, which aims to foster deeper understanding and personal growth through various core values.
Throughout the event, participants listened to thought-provoking reflections by ATI-7 Staff led by Mr. Andrew M. Macaambac, Project Evaluation Officer I, together with Ms. Jessa Maglangit, Ms. Hazeel May Roche, Ms. Quennie Lou Vistal, Dr. Merrian P. Soliva and Dr. Gracia F. Arado.
Each speaker shared their perspectives on the true nature of submissiveness, highlighting its importance in relationships and leadership as something that comes from a place of love, trust, and mutual respect, rather than force or dominance.
The session emphasized how understanding and practicing submissiveness in a healthy way can create more harmonious personal and professional environments.
