Carcar City, Cebu, January 10, 2025 – A new chapter for youth development in Carcar City, Cebu began with the official launch of the 4-H Club Program. The event, held on January 10, 2025, was attended by Ms. Hanna Gwyn A. Catadman, the 4-H Club Regional Treasurer, who represented 4-H Central Visayas and helped mark the occasion with enthusiasm for empowering the youth in the region.

The 4-H Club is a youth-driven organization that aims to nurture young individuals by helping them develop essential life skills and leadership abilities. The program focuses on four core values, represented by the letters "4-H": Head (thinking), Heart (caring), Hands (doing), and Health (living well). These values provide the foundation for young members to learn, grow, and take on leadership roles within their communities.

The program encourages participation in a wide range of activities related to agriculture, science, technology, arts, leadership, and community service. Youth members are involved in hands-on learning experiences that emphasize teamwork, responsibility, creativity, and initiative.
