Age Gracefully: A Health and Wellness Training for Senior Citizens

SIQUIJOR. Keeping a well-balanced diet is important for senior citizens because it can help maintain their physical and mental health. A balanced diet provides essential nutrients that can help support a strong immune system, promote healthy bones and muscles, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Additionally, a balanced diet can improve cognitive function and overall mood, which can help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life as they age.
