CENTRAL VISAYAS – The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) has certified additional three (3) Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSA) in the region for the fourth quarter of 2022.

The following farms are the newly certified LSAs. For Negros Oriental, they are: Barras Farm Family Association – RCEF- LSA located at Barras, Mabihay with Jimmy V. Lahica as farm co-operator, and Maharlika Learning Farm – LSA I situated at Sitio Martesan, Brgy. Kalomboyan, Bayawan City with Rene C. Caballero as farm co-operator.

For Siquijor, it is Bounti Farm -LSA based at Dumanjog, Siquijor with Arthur P. Pacatang as the farm co-operator.

The Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) is a farm that employs workable farming techniques, practices appropriate agricultural technologies, and runs successfully as a result. Comparatively speaking to the other farmers, the farmer/farm family owner is quite advanced.
